It's a proud moment for
Mini Mathur and filmmaker
Kabir Khan, as their daughter Sairah recently completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme, earning her diploma after two years of hard work and academic commitment.
Mini and Kabir attended the graduation ceremony alongside their son, Viviaan, proudly celebrating Sairah's achievement as she marked the end of one chapter and the start of another.
Mini shared a video on Instagram and wrote, "Another milestone. Schools out. My second born @sairahkabir got her IB diploma today after 2 years of really hard, committed work. I couldn’t be prouder of this spunky, quirky, empathetic, lovely girl who puts relationships over wins, empathy over righteousness. I know she tries to play into “my version” of success but I know she will find her own milestones of achievement. I’m officially done with my alpha mom game.. it’s time for her to fly & shine and for me to dive into and focus on what’s been waiting all these years!!"
She added, "Baba & I love you for a 1000 years sairooo♥️PS: Heartfelt gratitude to the teachers at Oberoi International who believed in her, navigated her and let her find her strengths with patience. Teachers are an under appreciated breed but they birth generations of the new world."
Recently Mini has also been in the news for reacting to actor
Kirti Kulhari's comments on the fees of maids. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Kirti spoke about recently shifting to Mumbai’s Yaari Road area and how she found the ₹10,000 being charged by cooks and maids to be too high. She said, "I was discussing this with my manager too. I've recently shifted to a new house in Yaari Road, and the rates we were quoted by the cook and the maid - I was like, 'How do these rates even make sense? I don't know, like, for two hours of work - which includes sweeping, mopping, and doing the dishes - I wanted that whatever could possibly be done within those two hours, like dusting, laundry, and other household chores, would all be taken care of. She was charging me Rs 10,000. I was like, tum do ghante aa rahi ho aur tum apne hisaab se jitna kaam hota hai kar rahi ho... and then you are charging me Rs 10,000 for what?"
Reacting to it, Mini wrote in the comments, "Think of how much her two hours enable us to earn in two hours. This is below minimum wage anywhere else in the world."
