The actor's lawyer

Ashok Saraogi

mentioned that the actor has submitted his response to CINTAA. In his reply, he denied all the claims made against him and mentioned that there is no official complaint against him in front of any authorities. His statement reply read, “Your letter indicates that my client should show show-cause as to why he should not be expelled from membership of your association. All charges levelled against him for alleged sexual assault alleged to have taken place between 1998 and 1999. Please know that the contents of the letter are false. No such charge has been levelled against my client in front of a competent authority."

He responded right after his wife filed a

defamation

case against Vinta, who they claim has falsely accused the actor.

Apart from Vinta, Actress Sandhya Mridul and Deepika Amin also shared their distress and accused Alok Nath of sexual harassment.
