Tamannaah Bhatia stepped into the world of cinema at just 16, making her debut with the 2005 Hindi romantic drama Chand Sa Roshan Chehra. Unfortunately, the film failed to make a mark at the box office, not even crossing the Rs 1 crore threshold. Her subsequent Bollywood outings like Entertainment, Humshakals, and Himmatwala also couldn’t deliver commercially. However, she found her true calling in the South, delivering blockbuster hits in Tamil and Telugu cinema with films like Veeram, 100% Love, Siruthai, F3: Fun and Frustration, and the career-defining Baahubali franchise.

Tamannaah soared to national fame with her role as Avantika, a fierce warrior and love interest to Prabhas’ Mahendra Baahubali, in SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali. Both parts of the epic saga redefined Indian cinema’s scale and success. The second installment, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, shattered records and became the first Indian film to gross over Rs 1000 crore globally, cementing her status as a pan-India star.

With an estimated net worth of over Rs 120 crore, Tamannaah ranks among the richest actresses in regional cinema. Reports suggest she commands a fee of Rs 4–5 crore per film, and around Rs 1 crore for special dance numbers.
