Amrita Puri directly attacked Farhan's family and questioned how could they not know about his behavior. The actor then defended himself by saying that Amrita’s anger is justified, but such conspiracy theories are not. Now,
Shibani Dandekar has something to say on the matter.
The actress, who is reportedly dating Farhan, came to his defense as she tweeted, “Instead of holding the culprit responsible for gross misconduct are we really blaming and shaming family members for not knowing???? really??” She further clarified that she is speaking for him in the following statement, “I’m speaking about one particular person who has been accused of knowing and HE DIDNT!!!”
She took on even the few naysayers with her own counter arguments. She concluded it all with the observation that people should focus on the victims instead of playing the blame game. Overall, Farhan would definitely appreciate this support from her if nothing else.
