Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Mishra celebrate 2nd anniversary with heartfelt photos and sweet memories

Fashion designer and entrepreneur Masaba Gupta celebrated her second wedding anniversary with actor Satyadeep Mishra on January 27, 2025, marking two years since their wedding in January 2023. To commemorate the special day, Masaba shared some intimate and never-before-seen photographs of the couple. One of the photos showcased the pair relaxing on a beach, while another captured a candid moment of them chatting over a video call.

In her heartfelt post, Masaba expressed her gratitude for their journey together, writing, "Happy Anniversary Satyadeep Mishra – 2 years later I am still overreacting to the fact that you don’t overreact to anything. Swipe to the next picture for proof." Satyadeep reciprocated the love by reposting her picture on his Instagram story, simply captioning it, “2 already.”


Masaba and Satyadeep’s love story began on the set of Masaba Gupta’s Netflix series Masaba Masaba during its first season. Satyadeep played Masaba's ex-husband in the series, and their off-screen chemistry soon blossomed into a private relationship. After dating for a while, they tied the knot in January 2023, keeping their romance mostly out of the limelight.

For their anniversary celebration, Masaba looked breathtaking in a soft pastel outfit, while Satyadeep complemented her in a vibrant kurta-pajama ensemble. Sharing the images, Masaba affectionately wrote, “Married my ocean of calm, this morning. Here’s to many many lifetimes of love, peace, stability & most importantly laughter. And thanks for letting me pick the caption – this is gonna be great!”

In April 2024, the couple joyously announced they were expecting their first child, and on October 11 of that year, they welcomed a daughter. Earlier this month, Masaba and Satyadeep revealed the name of their baby girl—Matara. Masaba shared a heartwarming picture of Matara’s tiny fingers wrapped around her own, with the infant dressed in a white patterned shirt. Masaba’s hand, adorned with a beautiful gold bangle engraved with the name Matara, was also visible in the image. In the caption, Masaba explained the significance of the name, writing, "3 months with my Matara. The name embodies the divine feminine energies of 9 Hindu goddesses, celebrating their strength and wisdom. Also, the star of our eyes."
