Mantoiyat celebrated at this screening

The screening of 'Manto' was a star-studded affair. Based on one of the most fearless writers of his time, Saadat Hasan Manto, the makers of the upcoming film organised a special screening for the cast, crew and their friends from the industry. Present at the do were the movie’s director Nandita Das, actors Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Rasika Dugal, Tahir Raj Bhasin along with producers Ajit Andhare (COO, Viacom18 Studios), Sumeer Chandra (MD, HP India) and Namrata Goyal (FilmStoc).The highlight of the event was the presence of Manto’s daughters Nuzhat Arshad and Nusrat Jalal.

Also seen gracing the occasion were actors Rekha, Deepti Naval, Rahul Bose, Ali Fazal, Isha Koppikar, Jim Sarbh, Aahana Kumra, singers Ila Arun, Shaan, filmmakers Kabir Khan, Imtiaz Ali and Vikramaditya Motwane among others.
