Manish Malhotra’s Diwali bash: Kareena Kapoor Khan, Hema Malini, Karan Johar, Urmila Matondkar and others turn up in their festive best

Fashion designer Manish Malhotra set the tone for the festive season as he hosted a grand pre-Diwali celebration at his Mumbai residence on Sunday evening. The star-studded night saw some of Bollywood’s biggest names arriving in their festive best — from Kareena Kapoor Khan and Hema Malini to Tiger Shroff and Genelia D’Souza.Kareena Kapoor turned heads in an ethereal all-white ensemble, exuding understated elegance as she posed for the paparazzi. Her festive look perfectly captured the spirit of the season with its simplicity and grace.

Karan Johar looked elegant in a black designer kurta, striking the perfect balance between traditional and chic. Tiger Shroff, too, kept it classic in an embellished black kurta paired with matching pants, adding a modern twist to his festive look.

Veteran star Hema Malini brought timeless charm to the night in a pink saree paired with a silver cape that added a contemporary touch.


Bollywood’s beloved couple Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza brought their signature warmth to the party. Riteish opted for a crisp white outfit, while Genelia looked radiant in an olive-green saree.

Celebs bring their festive flair

The guest list was a glittering one, with Aditya Seal and Anushka Ranjan, Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia, Aparshakti Khurana and Aakriti Ahuja, Atul Agnihotri with wife Alvira Khan and daughter Alizeh Agnihotri, Samir Soni and Neelam Kothari, along with filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj and singer Rekha Bhardwaj, all turning up in their festive best.

Actor Urmila Matondkar looked radiant in a silver lehenga paired with a corset blouse and matching dupatta, while Nushrratt Bharuccha opted for a glamorous fish-cut lehenga that turned heads.
