', the track brings together director Mohit Suri and composer Mithoon once again. The two have delivered quite a few hits earlier, including 'Tum Hi Ho' ('Aashiqui 2') and 'Phir Bhi Tumko Chaahunga' ('Half Girlfriend'). 'Chal Ghar Chalen' has been written by Sayeed Quadri and Arijit Singh has lent his voice to the melody.

Mithoon shares, “Every single person wants to return home in the end. Home is a feeling — it could be a place, a room, or even a person. 'Chal Ghar Chalen' reflects this thought, which everyone will connect with. Mohit’s concept and Sayeed Quadri’s poetry make this track special for me. It is pivotal to the storyline. We chose Arijit to sing it because we go back a long way and he understands the true meaning of what it means to return home. His voice has the capability to capture the emotional essence of the song.”
