Bollywood actress Malaika Arora sold her upscale apartment in Mumbai's Andheri West for a whopping Rs 5.3 crore. According to News 18, the property registration records that are available on the website of the Inspector General of Registration show that the sale was finalized in August 2025. With that, Malaika generated a profit of approximately Rs 2.04 crore from her initial purchase price in March 2018.As per the report, the deal also involved a huge stamp duty of Rs 31.08 lakh and a registration charge of Rs 30,000.

According to the report, the lavish flat has a carpet area of 1,369 sq. ft. and a built-up area of 1,643 sq. ft.
