In an interview with India Today, Malaika Arora was asked what advice she would give to her younger self. She said, "Please don’t make the mistake of getting married so young. Yes, beautiful things have happened, the best being that I had my kid early. But live and experience life a bit. Then take the call to settle down. Be financially and emotionally independent before you actually settle down."
In the same interview, the actress shared that though her marriage and relationships didn't work, she still believes in love and marriage as an institution, adding, "It doesn't mean it's meant for me."

Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan got married in the year 1998 after falling in love with each other in the early 1990s. However, things didn't go as planned, which led to separation and divorce. The couple shares a son, Arhaan Khan, and they continue to co-parent him.
Post her divorce, the actress reportedly dated Arjun Kapoor. However, their relationship didn't last for a long time; eventually, it led to them parting ways. Now, if reports are to be believed, the actress is dating Harsh Mehta. On the other hand, Arbaaz Khan is married to Sshura Khan, and they also share a kid now.
