Mahira Khan is known for Pakistani dramas like 'Humsafar' and Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Raees'. The actress recently got married for the second time with long term boyfriend Salim Karim. Mahira already has a son and a Reddit post which is now deleted, suggested that the actress is pregnant with her second child. The post also said that she has backed out of a Netflix project called 'Jo Bachey Sang Samait Lo and another yet-to-be-titled film. It further said that Mahira is expecting her second baby in August or September.
The post also read, "An announcement could be made soon or not if she chooses to announce it after birth but as she’s a big celeb and can’t keep it lowkey for long, I personally feel that she will announce."
As these reports emerged, Mahira has now issued a statement saying, "It’s not true that I’m pregnant. And I haven’t left the Netflix series."
The actress was married to Ali Askari from 2007-2015, post which they amicably parted ways. They have a son together called Azlan. Mahira tied the knot with Salim Karim in October 2023. Her wedding video was heartmelting with the actress holding her son's hand who walked her to the aisle. The wedding festivities took place at the Pearl Continental Hotel Bhurban in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Her wedding video had left fans of Mahira speechless
