Maddy eager to do more for society
Madhavan, who, despite a hectic schedule, found time to act in Herovaa Zerovaa, a short film made by Surya's NGO Agaram to promote primary-level education in the state, is keen to do more for such a cause.

The star, who spoke to Chennai Times on the sets of Guru En Aalu, said," Surya just called me and told me about the film and the idea behind it.
He asked me if I would be interested in propagating it and I just said yes."
The star was full of praise for Surya as well. "Surya's done a brilliant job and I didn't realise the amount of effort he had put into it. It's a wonderful cause and I would definitely love to do more for it," the actor said. The film, that stars actors Surya, Madhavan, Vijay and Jothika in it, strives to create an impact on the minds of parents in villages and urges them to send their children to school.
