Luv Sinha reacts to Mukesh Khanna's statement against his sister Sonakshi Sinha: 'Whatever needed to be said...'
Mukesh Khanna recently made headlines with his statement about Sonakshi Sinha’s upbringing in response to her answer to a question related to the Ramayana on 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' in 2019. He also commented on her father, Shatrughan Sinha, questioning why he did not teach his child about Hindu mythology. Both Sonakshi and Shatrughan reacted to the incident, but now her brother, Luv Sinha, has also shared his first reaction to the issue.
watch here:
At a recent public event in Mumbai, actor Luv was seen posing for a picture with the paparazzi when one of the reporters asked him for his opinion on the recent statement made by Khanna regarding his sister, Sonakshi.
In the video, he was seen saying, “Dekhiye, woh statement toh dena hai, woh aa gaya, abhi main aur kuch kahunga, it doesn’t make sense. Thank you.” (See, whatever needed to be said is already out. They have reacted to it. What more should I say?)
When the reporter asked him again about Sonakshi’s reply to Mukesh, he shared, “Abhi mujhe kya kehna hai? They have already answered it.” The actor was trending at an event hosted by Bombay Times.
After the statement, Sonakshi slammed Mukesh on her Instagram stories, saying that he was trying to get back into the news with his comments.
“Yes, I may have blanked out that day, a human tendency, and forgotten who the Sanjeevani booti was brought for, but clearly, you have also forgotten some of the lessons of forgiveness and forgetfulness taught by Lord Ram himself... If Lord Ram can forgive Manthara, if he can forgive Kaikeyi... if he can even forgive Ravan after the great battle was done, surely you can let go of this extremely small thing in comparison... Not that I need your forgiveness. But yes, I definitely need you to forget and stop bringing up the same incident time and again to be back in the news at the expense of me and my family,” she wrote.
Her father, actor Shatrughan, also reacted to the matter, stating, “Who has appointed him the guardian of the Hindu religion?”
Now Mukesh has defended his statement, saying that he expected all the hate and backlash for it. The 'Shaktimaan' actor explained that he was surprised to see Sonakshi’s delayed reply. “I am surprised she took so much time to react. I knew I was antagonising her by mentioning her name from that incident on the famous Kaun Banega Crorepati show. But I had no malicious intention to malign her or her father, who is my senior, and I have a very cordial relationship with him.”
“And yes, I regret that I talked about it in more than one interview of mine. Point noted. It will not be repeated. Be assured. Take care (sic),” he concluded.

I am surprised with the comments of respectable Shatrughan Sinha! Instead of accepting his failure he is shouting at Mukesh Khanna. I am not supporting Mukesh ji's action.... But Shatru ji you your self must be admitting your failure ...!! I take your comments as politically & socially more suited to your new party TMC.Read allPost comment
