‘Love & War’: Sanjay Leela Bhansali to drop first look of Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal starrer on September 28? Here's what we know

‘Love & War’ is one of the most awaited romantic dramas of the year, bringing together Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. While the big release is still months away, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is reportedly cooking up a special treat for fans on 28 September which is Ranbir’s birthday.

A birthday gift fans won’t forget

According to a report by Mid‑Day, Bhansali is getting ready to drop the first visual from the film on Ranbir’s special day. “It will surely be a gift for Ranbir’s fans. Several ideas have been discussed. There is a possibility of either Ranbir’s first look poster or a teaser featuring all three actors being shared with the audience,” the report revealed.

Teaser dates in the works

The report further shared that Bhansali is busy working with the lead cast to lock in dates for the teaser shoot.“This will be the first visual from the film, and Sanjay wants it to evoke curiosity among fans regarding the ambitious romantic drama, which shows Ranbir in an intense role with shades of grey.”

Ranbir and Alia visit SLB’s office

On Wednesday night, Alia-Ranbir melted hearts as they stepped out together in Mumbai. Spotted outside Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s office, the couple looked effortlessly in love. With RK pulling his gorgeous wife close and making her blush.

The stylish duo arrived at their ‘Love & War’ director’s Juhu office dressed in matching casuals. Ranbir nailed the look with his moustache and stubble, while Alia kept it cool in a white T‑shirt and denims.

Passion, drama and a love triangle?

‘Love & War’, also starring Vicky Kaushal, is set against a wartime backdrop. Reports suggest it will explore a love triangle between two army officers and Alia’s character, promising plenty of passion and high‑stakes drama.

Other big projects

Apart from ‘Love & War, ’ the celebrity couple are busy with other projects as well. Alia Bhatt will soon be seen in female‑led spy thriller Alpha, alongside Sharvari Wagh. Ranbir Kapoor, meanwhile, has two massive films in the pipeline, Nitesh Tiwari’s mythological epic Ramayana and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal Park.
