Bollywood is currently hooked by the 'pawri' trend online. And the latest to join is actor Varun Sharma. The actor posted a picture of himself from his upcoming film, Roohi, where he can be seen running like a zombie. He captioned it as: "Me headin’ out to #pawri like." For those in the dark about the Pawri Ho Rahi Hai trend, it's an online trend that got kickstarted when a Pakistani influencer, Dananeer Mobeen shared a video of her partying with her friends recently.And the word 'pawri' is the way she pronounces party. She can be seen pointing to her car and saying, "Yeh humari car hai", after which she points at her group, "Aur yeh hum hai. Aur yeh humari pawri ho rahi hai."

In India, musician Yashraj Mukhate picked this up and created a mashup of the Pawri Ho Rahi Hai line, which has gone viral. He wrote: "Aajse me party nahi karunga sirf pawri karunga. Kyuki party karneme wo mazaa nahi jo pawri karneme hai. Thanks @saudchaudary and all the people who sent me this video in the DM. And a big shoutout the pawri girl@dananeerr (sic)."
