Sonu Sood is one Bollywood actor who follows fitness religiously. Known for his villainous roles in films like Dabangg (2010), Ramaiya Vastavaiya (2013), Simmba (2018) among others, the actor has never missed a chance to showcase his chiseled body. In the times of a lockdown, Sonu is now focusing on taking his fitness level, a notch higher. “I am working out 7 days a week. In fact somedays I also workout twice a day,” he says. With gyms being shut, the R… Rajkumar (2013), Gabbar Is Back (2015) actor has taken to working out at home and that too using furniture, as his equipment for fitness. He says, “I keep a mixture of both, cardio and weights, in my routine. I use resistance band, and a couple of dumbbells. I also do freehand pushups, and that makes a lot of difference. I keep on inventing different kind of exercises and also use all the stuff that is just lying around. For example, I do press with the sofa, I do shoulder press with chairs, and so on. After all, it is all about flexing your muscles.”
