John Abraham will soon be seen in ‘Parmanu’. The movie has been in the news due to his legal feud with KriArj Entertainment. The actor, who has also produced the movie, in a recent interview, spoke about the same.
He said that he takes the onus of choosing the partners and even though he did a thorough background check, he ended up making a wrong judgment. He accepted that it has caused a lot of collateral damage and all of it has, in turn, affected his promotional strategies.
John said that he doesn’t want to sit and complain and as a creative person, wants to move on. He added that he doesn’t want people to question his honesty and work ethics.
Talking about what led him to make ‘Parmanu’, he shared that two movies – ‘Eye in the Sky’ and ‘Ergo’ – both of which were nail-biting experiences gave him an idea about the essence he wanted for the movie, rather than it being a jingoistic patriotic film. He maintained that as a producer, he wants a mix of content-driven movies and commercial masala films and ‘Parmanu’ has a bit of both.
