Late lagendary actor Dharmendra’s 90th Birthday: Sunny Deol visits family home ; watch video here

On the day that would have marked his father’s 90th birthday, actor Sunny Deol visited his late father Dharmendra’s home, turning a day meant for celebration into one of deep reflection.

In a video shared by Bollywood Chronicle Instagram page, Sunny Deol is seen visiting his late father Dharmendra's home. The video soon received much love from the fans. One wrote, "Happy Birthday Dharmji."

ISunny shared a moving video capturing a tender moment between father and son during a past trip. In the clip, a young Sunny asks, “Papa, are you enjoying?” to which Dharmendra, smiling with warmth, replies, “I’m really enjoying.” Alongside, Sunny wrote: “Today is my father’s birthday. Papa is always with me, inside me. Love you Papa. Miss you.”

Memories from family

Actress-actor Abhay Deol, Dharmendra’s nephew, also paid homage. He shared a throwback photo from 1985–86 alongside a recollection of a childhood moment: when he was upset, his uncle told him to “look at the light” before the photographer caught the moment. Abhay wrote: “I look forward to the moment I hear him say those words to me again, when my time comes.” His post served as a touching reminder of Dharmendra’s gentle wisdom and enduring influence on his family.

Family opens farmhouse doors to fans

To allow fans to pay their respects, as reported by Hindustan Times, Sunny and his brother Bobby Deol decided to open the gates of their family farmhouse for public tributes. It was in response to the love for Dharmendra’s fans, many of whom never got a chance to meet him in his final days.

On the work front, Dharmendra's last film is 'Ikkis'.
