Lara’s noble work beyond movies

Lara Dutta was crowned Miss Universe back in the year 2000 and although the gorgeous beauty���s popularity has been growing in Bollywood ever since, it���s nice to know that she���s still actively involved with the United Nations.
The ex-Miss Universe continues to work with many different charities that promote HIV/ AIDS awareness. She also supports Female Reproductive Rights and has worked with the United Nations on their Missing Programme, which deals with India���s declining population ratio.
It���s indeed nice to see Lara using her beauty not just to light up the silver screen, but to bring about positive changes in society as well. A true Miss Universe, Lara is indeed the perfect combination of beauty, brains and heart. And, this one calls for a huge round of applause!
