'Laal Rang': The film's pre-screenings evoke a positive response

The makers of 'Laal Rang' have been hosting screenings not just for the film industry, but also for the public at large, to gauge their reactions. And we hear the response has been encouraging.
The film, which tackles the novel subject of blood theft, features Randeep Hooda, Akshay Oberoi, Rajneish Duggall, Pia Bajpai, Meenakshi Dixit, Shreya Narayan and Rajendra Sethi in principal roles.The Syed Ahmad Afzal directorial, which is based in Haryana and inspired by true events, also talks about friendship, love and relationships.
After watching the thriller, actor Imran Khan exclaimed, 'It is gritty, authentic and an eye-opener.' Director Bejoy Nambiar, who was all praise for the cast, added, "It is an interesting attempt to expose the blood racket mafia with stellar performances by Randeep and Akshay."
