Rashmika Mandanna. The actress is known not only for her acting chops but also her discipline for fitness.
Her trainer Karan Sawhney in an exclusive interview with ETimes in 2024 had opened up about how the actress takes care of her fitness routine even when she travels outdoors. He stated that she is extremely particular about food on set, she either travels with a chef or sticks to a pre-decided meal, her nutrition is tightly monitored. “ She’s very strict—no partying, no sleeping late. She sleeps on time, wakes up early in the morning, shoots through the day, trains, eats dinner, and sleeps,” he revealed.
The structured schedule not only keeps her physically fit but also sharpens her focus as one shoots in all kinds of locations and weather conditions. Her trainer also added Kriti has turned her routine into a lifestyle, making it easier for her body to adapt no matter where she is shooting. “It requires a lot of energy because you don’t eat that much, but you’re continuously working. Since it’s now a routine, it helps her in what she does,” he said.
Karan also revealed that when it comes to cheat meals , Kriti prefers to sticking to her Indian roots. “She has a desi palate. She loves Indian food. But even then she has good knowledge in terms of food, like what to eat, what not to eat, what to eat on cheat day.”
