Kriti Sanon reveals she was unaware of her role in 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya'; says 'I was as shocked as Shahid Kapoor in the trailer'

Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor are collaborating for the Bollywood movie ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.’ This is a sci-fi romantic comedy film. Kriti Sanon shared how the movie features her in the role of a robot.

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Kriti said that she was so happy and lighthearted while listening to the script. She just enjoyed it and found it to be a simple film with great chemistry. Suddenly found out that she has to play the role of a robot. Kriti was shocked and wondered.

She added that there is a particular scene in the trailer where Shahid covers her mouth. She reacted to this narration just as Shahid did in the trailer. Despite this, Kriti found the script well-written and witty; she was laughing from the very beginning while they narrated the script. After listening to the story, she called the producer Dinesh Vijan and said that she is going to do the film.


‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ is directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah. The film features Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Dharmendra, Dimple Kapadia, and Rakesh Bedi in leading roles. The movie will be released on February 9, 2024. Kriti will be next seen in ‘The Crew’ with Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Diljit Dosanjh.
