Konkona Sensharma's reply to a fan who is ‘sad to see her age’ is winning over the internet

Bollywood actress Konkona Sensharma recently took to her Instagram handle and shared a picture of her pet dog, Pepita. Alongside she wrote, “This is a @mitalisboardandtrain appreciation post! Last lockdown I rescued this cutie but this is my first dog and I hadn’t managed to train her properly. So so happy to have sent my Pepita here for toilet training, leash training and general confidence building.Thank you so much @mitalisalvi and team! Also how goofy does my Pepita look.”
While the post has got a lot of appreciation from her celebrity friends, including Zoya Akhtar, Amol Parashar, Tilllotama Shome and more, it also grabbed the attention of netizens, including one user who claimed to be Konkona’s fan and stated that it is sad to see her “being aged”.
"It's very sad to see you being aged... Industry didn't did justice with your kind of artists... You were my crush in school life.. I wanted to see you more after Ek Thi Daayan.. You are just ammmazing” wrote the fan. To this, Konkona quickly responded, "Aww, don’t be sad. It’s a privilege to age as opposed to die tragically young!"

Daughter of ace filmmaker Aparna Sen, Konkona is known for her unconventional roles. Donning the hats of an actor, writer and director, she has bagged two National Film Awards and four Filmfare awards among other prestigious titles under her credit.
