With cinema halls opening their doors after months of closure, audiences are gradually returning to movie halls. With stringent safety precautions in place, theatre owners want to make one’s movie-watching experience as pleasant and harmless as before. Despite no big Bollywood movie releases slated for the big screen this month, footfalls are increasing at a gradual pace, say theatre owners.
A number of stars have also been seen at movie halls in recent weeks.
Kirti Kulhari is the latest star to have gone back to watch a film on the big screen recently. The actress posted a picture of herself (on
Instagram) at a multiplex and captioned it, ‘#backtothetheater ❤️ I know things are tough for everyone, everywhere... here I am, being careful and cautious and yet doing my bit in supporting my industry and thus supporting a lot of others... because we are all together and connected in this ... let’s #supporteachother in any way that we can.’
The actress stepped out to watch ‘The Secret: Dare To Dream’, which stars
Katie Holmes and
Josh Lucas, which is directed by
Andy Tennant. The romantic drama film is said to be based on Rhonda Byrne’s hugely popular book ‘The Secret’, and follows the life of a young widow, who is struggling to raise three children single handedly and how life changes when she meets a man.
On the career front, Kirti will be seen next in ‘The Girl on The Train’, which is headlined by
Parineeti Chopra and directed by
Ribhu Dasgupta.
