Kiara Advani shares unseen BTS picture from War 2 to wish ‘dearest’ Ayan Mukerji on his birthday

By wishing filmmaker Ayan Mukerji a happy birthday with an unseen behind-the-scenes photo from the 'War 2' sets, Kiara Advani gave fans a delightful treat. The actress shared the photo on her Instagram Stories, referring to him as her "dearest director" and including a heartfelt birthday greeting.

Kiara posted an image of herself posing with Ayan Mukerji and Hrithik Roshan on her Instagram stories. The caption read, "Happy birthday to my dearest director, Ayan Mukerji." The most recent installment in Yash Raj Films' constantly growing spy universe is War 2, which was directed by Ayan Mukerji. The stakes are even higher this time around because Major Kabir Dhaliwal, played by Hrithik Roshan, has gone rogue and is now India's most dangerous villain.

'War 2,' a high-octane spy thriller starring Hrithik Roshan, Jr. NTR, and Kiara Advani, opened in theaters on August 14 in conjunction with Rajinikanth's Coolie. Despite conflicting with another huge release, the Ayan Mukerji-directed and Yash Raj Films-produced movie had a strong opening weekend. Day 1 Box Office Report for 'War 2'

Early projections from Sacnilk indicate that 'War 2' brought in Rs 52.50 crore on its first day of release in all languages. With Rs 29 crore, the Hindi version brought in the most money, followed by Telugu with Rs 23.25 crore and other languages with a meager Rs 0.25 crore.

Even though these figures are remarkable, 'Coolie' won the first day of the Indian box office with a gross of about Rs 65 crore. With audiences divided between the YRF spy universe sequel and Rajinikanth's mass entertainer, industry observers are now eager to see how both films fare over the extended Independence Day weekend.

In an official statement, Jr. NTR expressed his partnership with Hrithik Roshan, stating, “I think mine and Hrithik Roshan garu’s careers started at the same time. When I watched Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai long ago, I went mad. He is one of the greatest dancers in the country right now. My journey started off by admiring him. After all these years, I got the chance to act and dance with him."
