Katrina to buy Salim Akhtar's bungalow?

One knows that Katrina Kaif is looking to shift from her 7th floor residence at Guldev Sagar, Bandra’s Waterfield Road to a more private residence.
When all search for an address in Bandra seems to have come to a naught; one hears that Kat’s people identified for a Juhu bungalow belonging to Salim Akhtar, the producer who gave Rani Mukerjee her big break years ago.
According to sources, Salim’s bungalow, that is a stone’s throw away from Ajay Devgn’s office and director Muzaffar Ali’s house, is up for sale since the last couple of years.And Akhtar has tweeted about it on several occasions. In fact, Salim has been continuously using his social networking account to ask the Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan, ex-IPL giant Lalit Modi, Shilpa Shetty, Sanjay Dutt and many others, whether they are interested in buying this property. But the most recent person to check out this property is Kat.
