Katrina Kaif shares heartfelt pictures from her best friend’s wedding: 'From the first day we first met 16 years ago...'

Katrina Kaif is in a celebratory mood as her close friend Karishma Kohli recently tied the knot. On Friday, the actress shared a series of vibrant pictures from the pre-wedding festivities on her Instagram. Along with the joyful moments, she also penned a heartfelt note for her friend, expressing her happiness and love for the newlyweds.


Katrina Kaif and her sister Isabelle Kaif were seen sitting with the bride and their friends in one of the pictures. Katrina looked beautiful in a light blue lehenga with a corset top and a flared skirt for the haldi ceremony. Another picture showed the bride and groom enjoying a fun activity together.

The actress penned a beautiful note for Karisma and wrote, “My Best Friends Weddings @karishmakohli there is no one quite like you , from the first day we first met 16 yrs ago ur joy and madness in equal measures grabbed my attention and there’s been no looking back since then. The diva was earlier seen dancing to the popular 'Delhi-6' song Sasural Genda Phool with other women during the haldi ceremony, enjoying the celebrations.

On the work front, Katrina will soon return to the big screen as her 2000s hit rom-com 'Namastey London' is set to re-release in theaters on March 14. Her last film was 'Merry Christmas' alongside Vijay Sethupathi, directed by Sriram Raghavan.
