Katrina Kaif

Katrina Kaif had an excellent role in the popular song 'Kala Chashma' from the 2016 hit 'Baar Baar Dekho'. The titled track playfully mentions her name, 'Tu munda bilkul desi hai, main Katrina ton sohni ve' (You are pure country boy, and I am even more beautiful than Katrina) and cheekily compares the beauty of the lead actress to that of Kaif. Her effortless dancing contributed to the song achieving global success as a dance music anthem.

Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan embraced a larger-than-life persona during the title track of 'Jawan', playing up to his stature. The title track included an electrifying rap by Raja Kumari that referenced Khan directly, referring to him as 'King Khan' and also putting a strong personal touch on the song. This self-reference, combined with Khan's powerful stage presence, led to an immediate following from his fan base.

Kareena Kapoor Khan

In 2009, Kareena Kapoor Khan, who folks call Bebo, totally rocked the movie ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ with the catchy song ‘Bebo Main Bebo, Dil Mera Le Lo’. She was dancing with Akshay Kumar, and her confidence, style, and energetic moves made the song a total hit. The words, using her nickname, really fit her strong image on camera.

Bipasha Basu also set the dance floor on fire in ‘Jodi Breakers’ with a song that had her name in it. The song ‘Bipasha Bipasha, Aa Sikh Doon Tujhe Pyar Ki Bhasha’ showed off her hot personality and strong dance moves. The beat and flirty words made the song really popular with her fans.

Akshay Kumar featured in a self-referential number in the 1996 hit ‘Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi’. One of the film’s songs cheekily included the line, “Na hum Amitabh, na hum Dilip Kumar, na kisi hero ke bachche, hum hain seedhe saadhe Akshay Akshay.” Sharing the screen with Rekha, Akshay’s effortless energy and comic timing made the track instantly popular with fans.

Urmila Matondkar's performance in the 2000 comedy, 'Kunwara', showcased her exceptional talent with her memorable dance number. The fast-paced, upbeat tempo of the song, 'Urmila Urmila, Dil Mein Mere Pyarwala Gul Khila,' impressed audiences with its vibrant choreography and catchy lyrics.
