Kashmera following Rani's footsteps?

After giving groovy performances on item numbers, the sexy Kashmera is entering the Marathi film industry. She is essaying the role of a hard-hitting journo, which, sources say, is inspired by the character of Rani Mukerji from ""No One Killed Jessica"".
The movie ""Jay Jay Maharashtra Maaza"" (JJMM) deals with a social subject. ""I have a positive role in it.I am shown as a strong journalist who raises her voice to make things happen,"" says Kashmera. Though she denies any connection with Rani's role in NOKJ, sources say her style statement, etc, has a striking resemblance to Rani. ""I can't reveal much, but it's a different movie which talks about a reality and the paradigm shift in the societal trends."" The shooting for the film is on and will take some more months to wrap up. When asked if she's looking southward as well, Kashmera says, ""I am not comfortable with the language there. Marathi, I am good at. So, I decided to sign this Marathi film. For my role in ""JJMM"" I researched and regularly saw TV to pick up their reporting style. I was looking towards doing such a role since long.""
