Kartik Aaryan to sport a new look in ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’

With his chocolate-boy looks and charm, along with his acting chops, Kartik Aaryan enjoys a huge fan following. In his next outing, ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’, the actor is all set to surprise the audience.

The upcoming film, which is an adaptation of BR Chopra’s 1978 movie with the same title, will see Kartik sport a different look. In a bid to get into the skin of his character, he has opted for a maturer look, replete with a chevron-style moustache.

Speaking about Kartik’s never-seen-before avatar, producer Bhushan Kumar of T-Series said, “To essay his character in ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh, Kartik has donned a new look, which is bound to surprise everyone. All of us on the set were taken aback to see his transformation from a boy-next-door to a mature individual. He looks different from the characters he has played in the past. I am sure this decision on his part to experiment with his look will be liked by his fans.”

Producer Juno Chopra of BR Studios added, “Kartik is playing a newly married man in the film and his look needed to be changed. He was sporting enough to go to any length for his character and we are excited to begin shooting for the film.”

The actor’s look in the film is styled by designer Niharika Khan and hairstylist Hakim Aalim. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the movie features Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday in the lead roles. It is also being produced by Krishan Kumar, Renu Ravi Chopra and Abhay Chopra.
