According to sources in the industry, Kartik's remuneration for his earlier projects was estimated to be Rs 35 lakh. However, the makers were in for a big surprise when they approached the actor for the third installment, and Kartik ended up quoting a whopping Rs 3 crore. Since the makers have worked with Kartik twice before, they consider the actor family and were hoping to work out some kind of a solution.
Apparently, the makers of the film have always remunerated Kartik with what the market value is. Let's wait and watch, if they do it this time as well!
