Since its release on June 14, Kartik Aaryan's 'Chandu Champion' has been performing strongly at the box office. Despite this success, the actor remains actively engaged in promoting the film, which chronicles the life and challenges of Murlikant Petkar, India's first Paralympic gold medalist.
Yesterday, Kartik visited a movie theater where he interacted with school children who had watched the inspiring biographical sports drama film. One of his dedicated young fans became emotional and started crying upon seeing him. Besides regular moviegoers, a special screening was held in Mumbai for school children. During this event, Kartik pleasantly surprised his young fans with a visit.
When Kartik Aaryan greeted them after the movie, a little girl was so overwhelmed that she began crying uncontrollably. The actor noticed her reaction and went over to her seat, speaking to her kindly. He interacted with the children and managed to make her laugh by jokingly asking, "Roti kaiko hai."
Ananya Panday attended a special premiere in Mumbai a day before the movie's release, alongside other celebrities. The actress shared her review on social media, describing the film as 'outstanding' and urging her followers to see it for themselves. She praised Kartik Aaryan, Kabir Khan, and the entire cast and crew with heartfelt emojis.
Shabana Azmi, who enjoyed the movie with Javed Akhtar, shared with the paparazzi that she couldn’t hold back her tears during the film. She praised Kartik for his performance and also commended director Kabir Khan for his dedication and hard work.
On the work front, Kartik Aaryan is preparing for 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3', where he will star alongside Triptii Dimri, Vidya Balan, and Madhuri Dixit Nene. He is also in talks with filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya for the role of Prem in an upcoming movie. Additionally, Aaryan has 'Aashiqui 3' lined up in his schedule.
