Kareena Kapoor shares adorable unseen on-set photos of Saif Ali Khan; urges ‘Ghar jao aur khaana khao’

Kareena Kapoor recently shared a rare glimpse of her husband Saif Ali Khan’s life on set. The actress posted a series of behind-the-scenes photos on her social media handle, which quickly won hearts on the internet.


Saif’s effortlessly cool look and playful caption
In the first photo, Saif looks effortlessly cool, dressed in a plain white kurta-pyjama while sitting on a red plastic chair and playing a guitar. The costume trunks behind him, marked “HAIWAN Costume Trunk,” hint that he is shooting for a project with a rustic or period setting. Adding her usual playful touch, Kareena captioned the picture: “The coolest ever Baki please ghar jao aur khana khao”, a lighthearted plea for him to come home and have dinner.






A quiet, focused moment on set
The second photo showed a calm moment. Saif was focused on his work, sitting next to a crew member using a sewing machine. Kareena kept the caption short, just adding a red heart emoji, letting the picture speak for itself.

Saif opens up about harrowing home attack
While appearing on the talk show ‘Two Much with Twinkle Khanna and Kajol’ alongside his ‘Tashan’ co-star Akshay Kumar, Saif shared the harrowing night when an intruder broke into his home and stabbed him as he tried to protect his son, Jeh. He recounted, “I got stabbed in my leg and there was blood everywhere.” He also recalled his son Taimur’s frightened question, “‘Are you going to die?’” to which he replied, “‘No, I don’t think so.’” The emotional revelation deeply affected the hosts and audience; Kajol even stood up to give him a hug, while Twinkle praised him as a “real hero.”
Recovery and increased security measures
In January 2025, Saif suffered several injuries from the attack, requiring a five-hour surgical procedure. Following the incident, Saif and Kareena have reportedly enhanced their home security measures and appealed to the paparazzi to give their children more privacy.
