They have been best friends for years and continue to give the world friendship goals - be it a friends or as fashionistas. And this Diwali saw
Kareena Kapoor Khan and
Amrita Arora in full festive regalia, posing for selfies. With B-Town in full party mode during the festival season, Kareena and Amrita not only attended each and every party thrown by A-listers, but also turned heads with their outfits.
One outfit that's been talked about and gone viral is the polka dot white sari with golden border that Kareena carried off with elan.
She completed the look with some stunning
chandbalis
and black bindi on her forehead. Amrita on the other chose to wear a colourful pink skirt, which she teamed with a white halterneck blouse. Both their designs were by
Masaba Gupta, who shared their pictures on the social media.
Kareena is all set to work in 'Takht', a period drama with an ensemble cast. To be directed by Karan Johar, this film will finally see him and Kareena working on a film after 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham' ('K3G') in 2001 . Karan had earlier offered 'Kal Ho Naa Ho' to Kareena, which did not work out and was eventually made with Preity Zinta. Talking about his upcoming film, Karan had reportedly described the film as 'K3G' set in the Mughal world.
