Neelu Kohli, who played Kareena Kapoor's mom in the recent flick Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, was all praises for Kareena. Talking about her experience in the film, Neelu shares that it was a great experience to work with stars like Kareena and Imran. “Since I have played Imran’s mom in Break Ke Baad, there was a comfort level with him. Still, I feel that Kareena is far more friendlier a person than Imran.
Imran takes his work seriously, and is very professional in his approach. He also is not a seasoned dancer like Shahid Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan, and so has to put in that extra effort and is always busy rehearsing. However, Kareena is so natural that she walks through the role and dance sequences," said Neelu, who has worked in daily soaps like Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha and Piya Ka Ghar.
"She is very down to earth and made me comfortable during the Tooh dance. My very first scene in Gori Tere Pyaar Mein required me to hug her, and I was very nervous considering it was a star like Kareena, but she had no superstar vibe and exuded positive energy, making the scene a breeze for me. I have become a fan of Kareena after this,” said Neelu.
