Apparently, when the production team spoke to the owner of the café, his initial response was a firm ‘no’.
However, when the owner was informed that it was a Bollywood film, he excitedly said that he was a huge fan of Raj Kapoor, and later, when he was informed that the lead actor was actually Raj Kapoor’s grandson, he was ecstatic, and let the unit shoot in the café on a weekday morning. Wow, such is the power of the first family of Bollywood. Catch the song Aas Paas Khuda premier only on zoOm, on Friday.
