Kangana Ranaut and
Deepika Padukone aren't exactly the best of friends. The two, who are touted as the top actresses of Bollywood today, are said to have a cold war of sorts. So it was a pleasant surprise when the 'Queen' actress recently came out in support of Deepika.
You may remember how the 'xXx: Return Of Xander Cage' star made her international red carpet debut at the European Music Awards held in Rotterdam dressed in a swamp green ensemble by
Monisha Jaising.
Unfortunately,
Deepika couldn't impress the critics with her red carpet appearance, with a British tabloid even labeling her a 'Bollywood blunder'.
When asked about this, Kangana came to Deepika's defense and said that one should not bother about the style police. She added that everybody is entitled to an opinion and since it's impossible to please everybody in showbiz, one shouldn't care much about what people have to say.
While Kangana admitted that her sense of fashion has evolved over the years, she also stated that she has had her share of fashion faux pas. The 'Rangoon' actress drove her point home by saying that when it comes to failures ' be it a fashion blunder, a flop film or a failed relationship ' there is always a lesson to learn.
