Kamal R Khan aka KRK, known to stir up controversies in B-town, has come out in support of
Shah Rukh Khan amid the
Aryan Khan drug case
.
Besides giving the father-son duo his 'unconditional' support in a series of tweets, KRK even dropped a video questioning the motive behind Aryan's arrest. 'Aryan Khan is arrested to harass SRK?' he asks in the video title that has him breaking down the case with all the information that has been made public to date.
In his video, he points out that the
NCB
themselves mentioned that each ticket for the luxury cruise cost up to Rs 1 lakh. He quoted NCB officials saying that a team of 22 officers went undercover as 'guests' on-board the cruise after getting an alleged 'tip-off'.
He went on to slam the agency and say, "Aryan Khan was so important to them that they spent approximately Rs 20 lakh of taxpayers money to buy tickets on the cruise."
He further went on to quote details of the court hearings and said that NCB chief
Sameer Wankhede
, himself admitted that he didn't find any drugs on Aryan. "Why was Aryan arrested? Because the NCB found drugs on his friends?"
KRK also touched upon the recent
Bollywood drug case
that emerged out of the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. He reasoned that if comedian
Bharti Singh
got bail even after she confessed to consuming drugs and the narcotics agency ound 86.5 grams of banned substances in her home, then "why has Aryan not got bail?"

KRK also put out tweets extending support to Shah Rukh Khan. In one of he said he was standing unconditionally with SRK. He tweeted, "If someone will try to put down Shahrukh Khan @iamsrk by false allegations, then I am standing with him unconditionally. #istandwithsrk."
He also slammed viral reports of Aryan's statement to the cops alleging that he needed to make appointments to meet his superstar father, who has been busy with back-to-back film shoots.
"...if you are talking bad about Aryan and SRK relationship, then you are hitting below the belt. Just imagine if somebody will talk bad about you and your children relationship. So please stop it," he tweeted.
KRK's post comes just a day after
Mika Singh also questioned the motive behind the arrest. The singer took a jibe at the agency by sharing a picture of the cruise and wrote, "Wow what a beautiful @CordeliaCruises I wish I could have visited. I heard lots of people were there but I couldn’t see anyone else accept #AaryanKhan... Itne bade cruse mei sirf Aryan hi ghoom raha tha kya... hadd hai.. good morning have a wonderful day.."
Amid this controversy, SRK has received support from several Bollywood celebrities and fans alike. #WeStandWithSRK and #WeStandWithAryanKhan have taken over top trends on social media.
Meanwhile, the NCB chief has insisted that the agency is "not targeting anyone at all. We have nothing against him."
In a statement to ETimes, he said, "Out of those, at the most, there would be about 4 to 5 known people. How can you say that we are targeting anyone? Most of those arrested in the last one year are hard-core, drug-related criminals.”
