Kajol to start shooting for her OTT debut in mid-August: Report

Kajol who turned a year older today will be making her OTT debut soon. According to a report, the actress will start shooting for the same in mid-August. The report further stated that the series will be an adaptation of the show 'The Good Wife'.
Reportedly, as the major chunk of the show has courtrooms and legal firms, an office has been erected for the first leg.Kajol will be giving her own take on the lead character and is expected to start shooting on August 11.

The original series featuring Julianna Margulies showcases the lead character resuming her law practice after her husband gets involved in a political and sex scandal.

Almost a month before that actress announced that she is now exploring new formats on social media. She wrote, "Being an avid fan of digital series, the concept has always been intriguing; and after following cool shows such as Aarya and Rudra, I knew there was no other platform than Disney+ Hotstar to start my series journey."
