'Kahaani' producers keen to take the franchise ahead

'Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh' opened to good reviews from the film fraternity, critics and cinegoers alike. The cast and crew of this thriller are happy over the appreciation it has garnered for its excellent performances and interesting storytelling.
Says producer Jayantilal Gada (PEN), 'We will be very happy to add another 'Kahaani' to the franchise, with a different twist and angle.We are thankful to Sujoy (Ghosh, director), Vidya (Balan) and all those associated with the film for taking this brand forward and doing a great job.'
Vidya says, 'I'm proud to be a part of this film, and overwhelmed by the response it has been getting. I hope that the audiences will continue watching it in the coming weeks, as it is a thriller with a relevant message.'
'Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh', produced by Kushal Kantilal Gada, Dhaval Jayantilal Gada, Aksshay Jayantilal Gada and Sujoy Ghosh, released on December 2.
