Actor Sanjay Dutt is all set to be a free man tomorrow as his jail term is finally coming to an end. Not only his family and friends but also his innumerable fans are keenly looking forward to his release. In fact, a restaurant owner is also offering free meals tomorrow in Mumbai to celebrate the occasion.
However, in a major twist, a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed today against Dutt's release, as reported by Times Now. The petitioner is a person named Pradeep Bhalekar. The report also states that he had earlier written to the Bombay High Court against Dutt's release. The hearing of the PIL will take place tomorrow (February 25, 2016).
Sanjay Dutt to be released at 9 am on February 25 In his petition, Bhalekar has questioned the 56-year-old actor's tenure inside the prison. He has also questioned the authorities of providing various amenities to Dutt, which ordinary prisoners do not enjoy. The report also mentioned that the PIL isn't likely to stop the actor from being released tomorrow.
