John Abraham thanks audience for appreciating 'Batla House'

Despite of having a clash with multi-starrer 'Mission Mangal' at the box office, Batla House' starring John Abraham did a decent run over last few days. Moreover, the entire team was applauded for its hard work. Today, John took his social media handle and thanked the audience for loving the film which is based on cops and struggles they face.
He wrote, "hrough #BatlaHouse, we have tried to show a glimpse of the struggles that a cop faces.Thank you for giving our movie such a warm welcome and appreciating it so much.⁣"

In the film, John plays the role of police officer Sanjay Kumar, who is inspired by DCP Sanjeev Kumar Yadav (then ACP, Special Cell, Delhi Police), who was involved in the controversial Batla House encounter of 2008.
