John Abraham learns a special martial art form for 'Rocky Handsome'
John Abraham has pushed the envelope in terms of action in his upcoming film ‘Rocky Handsome’. He will be seen as a lean, mean power machine called Kabir, who embarks on a lethal rampage when the only person he cares about is kidnapped and taken away from him. The actor will be seen wielding guns and knives and is bound to set the temperature soaring by showing off his chiselled body.
Music Review: Rocky Handsome
Presented by JA Entertainment and AZURE Entertainment, the thriller boasts of some high-end hand-to-hand combat sequences choreographed by world-renowned action directors, including Kecha Khamphakdee from Thailand.

Kecha has worked on several Thai films and a few Indian movies as well. This Nishikant Kamat-directed film features martial art forms like Silat (Indonesian-Malaysian martial arts) and Yong Chung (a Chinese Martial Art), which primarily encourages utilising the whole upper body from the waist to maximise power.
While ‘Rocky Handsome’ has its share of kicks and punches, its heart also lies in its emotions. Set in Mumbai, Goa, Pune and Seychelles, it is a heart-rending story of the relationship between a father who never had a daughter and a seven-year-old girl who never had a father.
‘Rocky Handsome,’ produced by John Abraham, Sunir Kheterpal & DMEL, is an AZURE Entertainment Production that releases on March 25.
