Jaipuri paan for Shahid Kapoor’s Delhi wedding

The same vendor from Jaipur had also prepared a special paan for the Saif-Kareena wedding in 2012.
Who would have thought that Kareena Kapoor’s wedding to Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor’s wedding to Mira Rajput would have something in common? Pink City’smasala paan will add a special flavour to Sasha’s much-talked about Delhi wedding on July 7, and the same vendor had earlier prepared 15 varieties of paan and a special gift box for the Saif-Kareena wedding.

Along with a lavish buffet that will have Indian and continental cuisine at Shahid’s wedding, there will be a special stall where the guests will be able to relish a variety of Jaipuri paan.Anu Mobile Paan Bhandar, a famous vendor from Pink City who has Shilpa Shetty, Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Bobby Deol, among others, as his regular clients, is preparing these special paan. Along with the traditional paan that is commonly served at weddings, Sasha’s guests will also be treated to khajoor paan filled with dry fruits and flavoured paan like rose and mango. For chocolate lovers, there will be chocolate paan, with all the basic ingredients like gulkand, saunf and elaichi mixed together and dipped in chocolate. There will also be a special paan potli filled with gulkand and grated coconut, paan laddoo, mango paan and orange paan, mixed with basic paan masala and wrapped into betel leaf and covered with silver and golden foil.
