Jackky is ready with his debut movie
Movie lovers are breathing a sigh of relief as the nine-week multiplex strike has finally been called off.
And among the several films awaiting release, the most looked forward to is none other than Vashu Bhagnanis Kal Kissne Dekha.
And naturally, the lead pair, Jackky Bhagnani and Vaishali Desai, are in ecstacy. Being their first film, both the actors have put in their best efforts.
1x1 polls
Since youth is the flavour of the season judging by the recent general elections and the fact that Kal Kissne Dekha is also a youthful film, everybody is keeping their fingers crossed that the youth will lend a lot of support to the young debut star cast.
The producer, known for his racy hits, has incorporated all the commercial ingredients in Kal Kissne Dekha. Jackky is on a whirlwind tour to promote his debut film. He has just landed back home after addressing press conferences in London, Dubai and Delhi, and is now off to Macau to perform in the 10th IIFA awards. It has been a very pleasant experience for Jackky interacting with the international press. Also, according to sources, the response to the film has been fantastic.
Kal Kissne Dekha was slated to be released in the first week of April. However, producer Vashu Bhagnani stood by the producer-distributors association like a rock and refused to release the film during the strike period. This is despite the fact that it cost him extra money to maintain the momentum of the publicity. But now, the buzz has already been created in the market and the dry spell is over. The entertainment business could not have got off to a better start than this.
