'Ishq Vishk Rebound' teaser: Rohit Saraf and Pashmina Roshan starrer unfolds a new romantic narrative

The makers of ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ dropped the teaser of the movie on May 16. Hrithik Roshan’s niece, Pashmina Roshan, is making her Bollywood debut with this film. Pashmina stars opposite Rohit Suresh Saraf, and the movie is a sequel to the 2003 hit ‘Ishq Vishk’. The original launched two actors, Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao, into Bollywood.

At the beginning of the teaser, Saraf reveals that the movie isn’t a typical love story and introduces the entire cast as a remix of the original track ‘Chot Dil Pe Lagi’ from ‘Ishq Vishk’ plays in the background. It introduces the relationships among four friends who navigate love and heartbreak. Jibraan Khan and Naila Grewal also play prominent roles in the film.

A few days ago, Hrithik Roshan took to his Instagram account to wish his niece Pashmina on her Bollywood debut, “So proud of you, Pashmina Roshan! You made it to this moment all on your own! Can’t wait to watch you shine! Your spirit is going to take you far! 'Ishq Vishk Rebound' is going to ROCK!! All the best to the entire team! Mark the date! 21st June 2024.”

Directed by Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari, ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ is set to release in theaters on June 21.
