Debutanteactress Isha Sharvani suddenly finds herself in a place she never even dreamedof. "After being in a cocoon for years, I suddenly find myself struggling tomake a niche in Bollywood. I was brought up faraway from this world, but I amcertainly not a ''lost-in-the-woods type babe''," says Subhash Ghai''s newdiscovery.
A resident of a remote village in Kerala, Isha grew up inher danseuse mother Daksha Seth''s ashram.

Nature anddance were her closest companions.
"I grew up without cable TV andnewspapers. The place I live is just 45 minutes away from the area affected bythe tsunami," she reveals.
And Bollywood is the last place shethought she would be. "My only connection with films was when we used to go toTrivandrum, to watch a new release" she says.

Thisnewcomer is not in awe of Bollywood''s showman. "I had watchedandand had heard of Subhash Ghai.The only reason I accepted the offer was the rivetting script," she says.
She has heard strange stories about Bollywood, but that doesn''tdeter her.
"There are cynics in every field. You find muckeverywhere, one has to avoid stepping into it," she rationalises.
