Their friendly interactions and public appearances, especially Disha’s tour of Mumbai with Jackson in 2023, only added fuel to the fire. In a recent string of candid revelations, Jackson has finally addressed the dating rumours, opened up about his current relationship status, and shared where he stands when it comes to love and commitment.

Jackson recently set the record straight during his appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show. When asked about the rumours, he clarified that there's nothing romantic between them, saying simply, “We are only friends.”

'Very Much Single': Jackson on Chapter Two Podcast

The K-Pop star also made an appearance on Rhea Chakraborty’s podcast, Chapter Two, where he opened up about his relationship status. When Rhea asked him if he was seeing someone, Jackson candidly shared that he is “very much single.” He revealed that he hasn’t been in a relationship for the past two years and, at the moment, isn’t interested in dating. However, he added that if the right person comes along, he wouldn’t hold back from pursuing a connection.

Not the Right Time for Love

However, Jackson believes that now isn’t the right time for him to be in a relationship. He shared that love shouldn’t be one-sided, and given his demanding schedule, constant travel, and lack of stability, he doesn’t feel he can commit to a relationship with the responsibility and dedication it deserves. He admitted he’s not in the right mental space for romance at the moment.

That said, Jackson also revealed that once he turns 35, he plans to "aggressively pursue love." When Rhea asked if he would be open to dating someone from India, Jackson responded with a smile, saying he’s open to the idea of an “Indian ship.”



Meanwhile, Disha was long speculated to be in a relationship with Tiger Shroff. Although the two never officially confirmed their romance, their public appearances and affectionate bond often spoke volumes. Disha also shared a close and warm equation with Tiger’s family—a bond she reportedly still maintains. However, it's been quite some time since the two went their separate ways.
