Is domestic violence the reason for Yukta Mookhey’s separation?

Former Miss World Yukta Mookhey’s marriage is in shambles. The Mumbai girl, who had moved to Nagpur after her wedding in November 2008 to hotelier Prince Tuli, returned to Mumbai three months ago and filed a domestic violence complaint at the Amboli police station. Ever since, she has been staying with her three-year-old son at her parents’ house in Andheri.
Officials at the police station said Mookhey submitted a written application alleging harassment post which, the police had conducted a preliminary inquiry but no FIR was registered. Subsequently, she told the cops to not take any action in the matter,” confirmed DCP Pratap Dighavkar (Zone IX).
“No fresh case has been filed by Mookhey,” added another official. When quizzed if she had filed a case against her in-laws, she refused to comment.
