Ira Khan reveals why she didn't take up acting as career; says she feels 'guilty' about her privileges

She shared her approach, saying she accepts being privileged and focuses on addressing it constructively rather than dwelling on guilt.



When asked why she didn’t pursue acting, Ira explained that as a child, she resisted the expectation of following in her family's footsteps to prove she was different. As she matured, her interests shifted genuinely toward other fields. She finds working with patients fulfilling, though challenging, especially while managing her own depression.

Addressing how she handles negativity, Ira stated she avoids reading such comments to protect her well-being, sharing only what she's comfortable revealing.
